Friday we got word that everything was in order, except a couple of financial details, and we have the place in Paradise Valley. If this pans out the way time-wise, we will start moving Memorial Weekend. Have to clear all the stuff out of the house, older couple that used it 3 months of the year, so left things to come back to each summer. They won't be back, so it is ours. BIG yard sale, I guess.
