Tetons:
You need to spend some time in the Jenny Lake area. Perhaps the boat ride across and hike to Hidden Falls and perhaps further up into Cascade Canyon. Also near Jenny Lake is String and Liegh Lakes.
Bradley and Taggart Lakes is a nice hike.
You want to drive up Signal Mtn one day. There's always some kind of wildlife in that northern area from Oxbow Bend, to Jackson Lake Lodge and the SIgnal Mtn area.
Might want to consider a raft trip down through the park. Very scenic.
Yellowstone:
I know you don't want to hear this, but, you really need to a room somewhere closer to YNP for at least one night. Book a room in Gardiner or Cooke City the first day you go to YNP. What you save in gas will just about pay for the room. This also gives you a chance to see Lamar Valley early in the morning, at least one morning.
If you do that first, drive through the entire park the first day and spend the night up there, then you will have a better idea of which areas you want to return to on subsequent days.
Trout Lake is a nice hike. Fairy Falls is a nice hike. Norris and the Upper Geyser basin both deserve a several hours visit. You can spend several hours at the Canyon as well. Uncle Toms trail is very nice and so is the trail to the brink. Lot's of climbing on both though.
Do a little research of what sounds interesting to you and we can give more suggestions and info.
Regarding mileage in the park, remember that the TOP speed limit is 45mph and in many areas it is lower, like 35 or 30 mph. Keep that in mind when planning how much you can do and how long it will take to get there.
Canyon Village to Jackson is 100 miles. 3 to 4 hours minimum
