Signal Mountain is undergoing construction in the campground that has removed
about 1/3 of the available campsites. This will become an issue with the upcoming
holiday.
Also, as some already know, 399 has been seen (as reported by others, but not yet
seen by myself) hanging out in the area of Pilgrim Creek along with the 3 coy. Those
of you who are her friends likely know this as (likely) reported by 399 herself on her
Facebook page. The gate near the end of the road up Pilgrim Creek is locked making
access to the upper reaches limited to foot travel. I suspect it may be due to road
damage. This area is a problem with spring runoff, but it could be due to other
issues. There are homes up in this area that may have issues.
Not much else to report. Cloudy this morning but hoping for better weather later.
