I hope the collaborating organizations have not run out of money, and the volunteers have not run out of steam. The site has historical significance and great promise as a place to teach people historic restoration and rehabilitation, and, eventually, to house visitors. By the way, did I mention, it's beautiful beyond belief? I'll be the first to volunteer to stay there! In some photos you can see power lines, and I believe septic tanks and modern plumbing are being installed so the cabins will be safe and comfortably habitable, if they ever get back to working on them.
