I've read reports that the Trout Lake otters sometimes hang out at Buck Lake. Would they do that if there were no fish (I've no idea but others might have)?

I've also read one report from a visitor to Shrimp Lake. They said it definitely wasn't worth the visit - it does look less enticing on satellite views, both as a journey and a destination!

Oh, and if you head north from the inlet stream of Trout Lake, you'll end up at Shrimp Lake, not Buck Lake, which is NE of the Trout Lake inlet.
