Booking Canyon Campsites

Hi folks. I'm planning to visit YNP in June 2014 and I see that all the 40ft RV sites around my visit time are already booked at Canyon. I have an 18' trailer and an 18' tow vehicle, so a 30ft sites won't do.

Question: Can I simply book two 20ft or 30ft campsites, ask for the sites to be adjacent, and park my trailer in one site and my car in the other. I can live with the extra cost.

Any problems with this plan? Thanks!!!
