I wish I would have know that you were here. I think I'm going to be sure to post an announcement next summer on the chat page letting folks know that I'm here if they need a place to rest their heads or some travel pointers or such.
This past summer was a beautiful one. We don't have too many clear days in which to see Mt. McKinley (Denali), but this summer there were a lot of clear days that afforded some beautiful views. Mt. Logan is also amazing but it's been socked in both times I've been past it. You can actually see it from the Yukon side.
I would love to read your trip report and see your photos. Will you be posting in on this page? The Loon page? An Alaska page?
Please do let me know so that I can read it and please keep posting about the Thorofare since it is a place in Yellowstone that I have not yet visited but plan to someday.
