The Park Service, local community, and just about everyone who has driven the Moose-Wilson Road in recent years, has recognized that it is one of the most wonderful corridors in the world for wildlife-viewing, scenery, and access to major resources like the Rockefeller Preserve, White Gr@ss Ranch, Phelps Lake, and many major hiking trails in the Tetons, but also that it is fraught with issues related to wildlife and human safety. The Scoping Report is a must-read for all of us who relish and treasure that space.
