I think it's intended to enable people to get to the outdoor sculptures that will eventually be placed there. It's also the reason I was able to get some of the angles on the buildings that I did

It's certainly my favorite non-commercial place in Jackson. We like to have lunch at Merry Piglets and buy our gas at Maverick, two other required stops when we're there :-)
