This was just south of the turn-off to Pilgrim Creek Road, three were several beautiful reflecting pools near the road.
The funny thing is, even though this was very early in the day there were of course dozens of photographers, most with bigger, fancier glass than mine. I haven't seen one single photo posted on Flickr, or anywhere else (e.g., Grizzlythreeninetynine's Facebook page), of this phenomenal series of photo ops. What gives? Did I imagine the entire thing?
