Hi Hoot,
If you look at a wide area of foliage, some will be quite advanced, some will be about half way and some will just be beginning to change.
I was looking for a set of numbers that might cover a wider section than just a middle average.
A 2-5-7 would be generally average olive green.
Yet, a 2-5-9 might mean a few out of the area are near peak, even if the rest are still about half way.
It makes sense to me...but otherwise just use the middle one.
