Teejay has A-Z correct. Hard to say if all of it is east of Amethyst Creek. You can't really see the entire course of the creek from the road pullouts, but I would guess it is mostly east of Amethyst. K is viewed from the Footbridge pullout best but also from Hitching Post. It is at the east end of Specimen as it turns south onto the Mirror Plateau. It is the highest open meadow and roughly shaped like a K.
