Question About New Grand Prismatic Spring Overlook

So with the opening of the new Grand Prismatic Spring Overlook Trail,
comes the addition of a new (small) parking area.

The articles I have read indicate that the parking is near/at the Fairy
Falls Trail head. But isn't there already a parking lot there (the
little roundabout one near Tire Pool/Egeria Spring)?

Did they just add to this parking lot, or is there a separate one now?

I'm just trying to figure out where exactly this new overlook is and how
far it will be from the new parking lot.
