First, if you've never camped with your fifth wheel in Yellowstone before, I would definitely recommend making reservations. Then you can scope out the campgrounds for places that suit you. Also, depending on its size, you may find you are really restricted in where you can camp. We have a 30-ft MH and a 13-ft tow vehicle and have found we can be accommodated at Fishing Bridge RV Park and Madison. I don't know about Bridge Bay. There are a few places in Canyon that we could have parked it, but I thought the Canyon campground was not very RV-friendly. Parking pads are often not level, have no room for slide-outs, etc. Otherwise, it is a pretty place to camp. Of the campgrounds that don't take reservations, Indian Creek has quite a few sites that will accommodate a rig + tow the size of ours. Norris has a couple. Pebble Creek seems to me to be very difficult to get a rig in and out of. None of the campgrounds in Yellowstone, except Fishing Bridge RV park, have any hook ups at all, so you will be dry camping. Whether or not (and when) you are allowed to use a generator varies from campground to campground. The Fishing Bridge RV park has full hookups but is not really camping, as you are parked in side-by-side as in a parking lot with no tables, space for chairs, campfire, etc. Its more or less just a place to stay.
Colter Bay has an RV park which is a little more like camping than Fishing Bridge and also has full hookups. You can make reservations. Colter Bay also has a nice campground that is first-come-first serve, but rarely fills. Lots of spaces there for an RV also, most of them pull-thru and parallel to the road, but you can park with your door away from the road and have a nice camping area for screen room, chairs, campfire, etc.
You might also check out Wapiti Campground in Shoshone National Forest on the road to Cody. Its about 20 miles from Yellowstone, sites can be reserved, and they do have electric hookups in some sites. Also Baker's Hole Campground just north of West Yellowstone has some electric hookups. It is first-come-first-serve. Good luck with your camping.
