that, that was the definition of a breeding pair. So, that number could change before the end of the year. To the best of my knowledge there are only two packs with two plus surviving pups currently on the Northern Range. Then there are the Canyons and at least one other interior pack that I have heard of having pups. Wonder who the others are?
