Posting photos.
First:
You have to have them uploaded to a photo hosting site, I use Filckr or Photobucket. Both have free options.
For posing on this page the size wants to be around 1000x750 pixels.
Second: (this is Flickr) Left click on the pic you want, it will go to a larger version, right click this, you get "view all sizes" go to "original" if that's the 1000x
Third: When the large pic comes up R. click go to properties and in the box that comes up highlight and copy "Address URL"
Fourth: Come to this page and in the Optional Image URL box, Paste
For webcam pics ignore the size above
