Using a PC?
Go to your photo on Flickr on its own page (the page with the option for leaving comments)
Right click and pick the size from the pop-up that you want to post here (usually medium or large)
When the photo enlarges on Flickr, right click again and choose "view image"
When the image comes up isolated, go to the URL, if you've gotten this far correctly, the URL will end in .jpg
Copy the full URL, careful not to cut anything off from the front or end of the address
Paste the full URL into the "Optional Image URL:" field on this page, again being careful nothing gets chopped off the address and not leaving a space at the begining and..
Voilà!
