The road is about 100 yards or so north of the bridge across Pilgrim Creek. There's a sign about a national forest there (Bridgier Teton I think). As you turn on the dirt road the pond will be on your right, between the road and Pilgrim Creek.

We parked along the dirt road and walked down to the pond. I crawled through some tree branches and next thing I know I am only about 20-30 feet from this guy. He seemed calm, munching leaves. I snapped a few shots and slowly backed out of there. People were still trying to get in between me and the moose!
