Rarely take anything - not even Advil/Tylenol. I was diagnosed with asthma a few years ago but, since losing roughly 100 pounds and getting in better shape, I don't even use an inhaler any more. I'm sure my lungs are still not 100% healthy, so that may explain some of the issues. I'm wondering if some people are just more sensitive to altitude changes? Like I said, I can hike for days at lower altitudes, it's just getting up high that kicks my fanny. I can't drink enough water to stay hydrated and that is the beginning of trouble!
