In Wyoming Wildlife News, January-February 2013 issue, from the Director's Opinion page by Scott Talbott of Wyoming Game & Fish Department.

Official word is that the first season in which the State of Wyoming's wolf management plan was implemented was a "success." Maybe for Talbott's constituents, but not exactly for the wolves.

I have not been able to find out how many wolves have been killed, trophies + predators, in Wyoming in 2012-13.
