The bears continued south and vanished from sight, so, guessing they would come out closer to Mud Volcano, we hopped in the car and boogied down the road at that location. By the time we got there, there was no place to pull over safely, and a massive jam had already formed. I let Kevin out of the car, turned around at Mud V., came back, shot off two or three terrible photos, picked him, and that was that: our Best Lost Bear Photo Ops of the Trip.
