have been observed at Pilgrim Creek area. Out in the flats and up the road about 1/2 mile. Also north of Oxbow Bend and in the Willow Flats area. Look for a Blue jeep Wagoneer and an older bluish cargo van. Both have considerable stickers on the back noting their chosen endeavors. If they are in the area, it's likely bears are too. Be respectful and most up here will share their knowledge. Like Yellowstone, look for big glass, spotting scopes and expensive camera gear. That's the crowd you want to hang with.
