Only One Day to Tour

I have one day to drive through the park. I will be departing around 6am from Billings Montana and plan to drive through part of the park as I work my way towards Greybull MT where I have a hotel reservation.
I am trying to determine which route to take through the park based on my time and where I am heading. First things though; I am also looking for which entrance makes sense (Northeast or North entrance).
