New in 2013. This is the activities desk, which was moved from the Front Desk. Prior to this year there was no elevator which took you directly to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the original section of Lake Hotel, and with the over 7,000 elevation those stairs (Grand Staircase) left a person winded.
