Especially the man who died. That could be absolutely no fault of his own, although this is the first I have heard of the story. Of course, I have to wonder if helmets were available and he chose not to wear one. I know when we have done horse rides you can sign a waiver if you don't want the helmet, but I have never done one in the park.

Still sad for all to end their vacation with an injury or death, regardless of whose fault it is.
