Just got a call from Signal Mt Lodge and they are refunding all but a $10 processing fee from the night I had to cancel. The gal that called was very nice and said the girl I talked to earlier should have refunded when I called....at least have told me they would refund if they could fill the room. So all in all am very happy with them and was definitely worth the time to write to them. Will try to stay there again as it looks like an awesome place!
