Walking the Back Basin at Norris

This June I hiked the entire Back Basin at Norris with Hayden. I love my wife dearly but she
is not big on hiking the geyser basins. We used to go as far as Echinus and did the half
loop a few times, but I had never done the entire loop. With Hayden now ten and liking
the thermal features we decided to complete it. So it was the first time completing the
Back Basin for both of us! The night before had been cold and rainy, which meant snow in
the Gallatins.
