Of course my best and worst memories of hiking with Ballpark are of Storm Peak. It took three years of trying before we finally successfully completed this hike. But before the success came unscheduled camping trips, too many left turns, and sprained ankles. Finally in the 3rd year of trying to hike over this peak we succeeded in doing the hike in the daylight. I don't know if trying this hike for 3 years proves that we're determined or just plain stupid.

This is a pic from 2008. Ballpark approaching the top of Storm Peak the year we finally succeeded in hiking it in the daylight.
