During a trip to Yellowstone in June 2001 I had the pleasure of meeting up with Ballpark Frank and John at the Albright Visitor Center. We had a pleasant talk which, as I remember, included a first-hand report on the Loonian that had happened just a few weeks before and that turned out to be Allison's much anticipated and, I believe, last return to Yellowstone. Over the years Ballpark's posts here and on the Loon page continue to be consistently well reasoned and always informative. Best of luck on this new chapter of your life and all the adventures it will bring both in Alaska and I'm sure in return visits to Yellowstone.
