These feed lots and the elk refuge have been controversial for some time. If it were hunters with rifles, this would be called baiting the elk.
But wolves aren't the biggest problem with the feed lots. Unfortunately, you can't get photos of the most dangerous predator in this situation. Viruses. A lot of elk have brucellosis and CWD is an even bigger threat.
