I've only once seen a bear fishing. It was late August 2010 and there was a black bear down in the Lamar Canyon. He was a good size blackie and was standing on a rock in the middle of the river. He was actually successful, catching at least 3 that I saw. It was tough, as it was around dusk, but it was a sight to see.

Other than that, you're more likely to see a grizzly catching an elk or bison calf than a fish right now.
