I saw what they constructed on Monday. The workers looked like they were getting ready to remove the barriers that were keeping people out. I guess they finally pulled them late that night or early Tuesday morning.

The new parking lot parallels the Grand Loop Road, immediately south of the entrance to the old parking area.
