For in the Yellowstone National Park, call 1-866-439-7375, lodging concessionaire. They can quickly tell you what is available on dates you are looking for. I would doubt that you can get 5 days in a row at any location, but have them check on 1 or 2 days at a time. Locations are at Mammoth, Old Faithful, Grant, Lake Hotel & Lake Lodge, Canyon, and Roosevelt, but Roosevelt will be closing Sept. 3 and Canyon & Lake Hotel on Sept. 23. You can also check online at http://www.yellowstonenationalparklodges.com/what-to-know-113.html. This is harder to check since you have to check at each location. Go to bottom and change for every location, then change for every room type and watch the calendar...you don't have to put the date in...just watch the calendar to see availability for each. Enter 1 day only...you can still see all dates available. People start reserving a year ahead, and by June almost everything in park is already booked, but there will be some cancellations.
