You will not see everything in one week. You will be given a copy of the park paper upon entrance. There is a list of all ranger led activities and campground talks in it, try to attend a few. Stop at a Visitor Center and ask for some advice. The folks are there to help and have probably helped with questions like yours many times over. It all depends on your groups interests.
