I'm sorry if this post is a duplicate, but I can't find the one I just submitted. Anyway, here goes again what I like to share...
Haven't been on the chat page in a long time, but tonight I decided to check... stumbled across this thread and had to share.
My husband (Chet) and I met Ballpark Frank in September 2003 for a hike to the cabin in Pelican Valley. Greywolf came along as well. It was a great hike... beautiful weather, good lunch, saw some bison and a grizzly bear.
The next day we hiked again and this time he showed us a special spot near Mud Volcano. It was a fun hike. A year later we shared that spot with some of our friends when we visited the park. They thought it was awesome.
Thanks Ballpark Frank for taking us on the hikes. We really enjoyed them and hearing your stories. I have learned a lot from you when you share info on the chat page. We haven't been to the park lately since we started a family (2 kids). Its tough getting out west when you are stuck in the east. Hoping in a couple yrs we will be able to take the kids to the park and share some of these hikes with them.
