Bear Closures

In case there are still folks checking on this page, I have a
question about bear closures. I have the opportunity for a brief
visit to Yellowstone the middle of June, following a work
conference in the area. Though I have taken my family to
Yellowstone many times, we have never made it out to Lone Star
Geyser in part because it is in a bear closure area each spring.
Does anyone know when those closures are typically lifted? Would
also like to wander the trail east from the Great Fountain Geyser
area - it has been a long time since we did that but I recall it
being a nice walk. Is this area also subject to spring bear
closures?
