Thanks for replying so quickly! Our original budget is $10k and we are trying to make sure we make the most of the pot of dough we have available.
We are aiming to make this event a small one - basically parents, siblings, and our children - and then have an informal gathering of sorts sometime after returning from our honeymoon with the larger group of extended family (being Italian, there are A LOT of people on the invite list!!) What we ultimately are looking for is a place to have a smal intimate ceremony and then a dinner somewhere thereafter. None of my family has even been to Yellowstone and I am super excited to show them all what I fell in love with so many years ago. My fiancee hasn't ever been either and I'm bursting at the seams to show him the beauty of the environment!!!
I will look into Chico Hot Springs and see where that takes me - thank you for the info!!! It does look romantic!!! :)
We are planning on making the honeymoon more than a few days to be in the park - I'd love to spend 2 weeks throughout, but I may be limited with an 8 yr old at home....oh, and work. tee hee :)
