Everybody who drives into the park in a private vehicle gets the flyers and info about safety (animals, drop-offs, thermal areas, and all). How does that get handled with tour groups and buses? Does everybody in a group get a copy of all that stuff as they enter? Or is the tour company responsible for making sure everyone is aware of the rules and regulations? I wonder how much responsibility a company has in a situation like you described here, where they people in the group are breaking the regulations.
