I had to cancel due to my knee. Was very disappointed that they have a 7 day cancellation policy so lost the whole amount. I called on day 6 1/2 and they wouldnt bend even tho it was a health issue. Dont think we will be making reservations in the future with places that have cancellations so far out. All the other places were totally understanding and aside from one $10 fee, we got all our money back aside from this one. And was soooo looking forward to our first stay here in the lodge on the lake!
