I looked at the YF web page today for intimations of what's to come, and John Walda, who served, sincerely and as best he could, as interim president and CEO after Heather White departed, is not named, so he must have left town - I know he never intended to stay on long term. There is a page listing board members, Kay Yeager is still listed as chair, though according to the National Park Traveler article, she stepped down just last week (YF has lost so many staff there's probably nobody there to update the website). There is, very uncharacteristically for an organization like YF, no section listing senior staff. Well, I guess we'll find out who the next helmsperson (helmswoman?) is in the next week or so. At least things seem to be moving ahead after a very long period of stagnation and uncertainty.
