Lake Lodge itself. Near or at the top of my favorite buildings in Yellowstone. We've not spent nearly enough time back here - over the last 10-15 years, when we've stayed at Lake, it's at the yellow hotel cabins - which are also nice, but I greatly prefer the Lodge, among other reasons because it's back behind much of the fray, the cafeteria is much more convenient (no reservations required!) and very reasonably priced. And it has a great view.

This 1926 building is a Robert Reamer design.
