This is Raspberry's daughter Snow, who was finally liberated in 2017 after three winters with her mother. Most grizzly cubs become independent after two winters (following the winter in which they're born) with mom. She's completely independent of her mother now, and there are hopes she'll show up next spring with cubs of her own, but her territory is VERY close to Raspberry's, which is still in the area around Lake Butte Overlook. Raspberry was also out and about this day.
