NPS Fisheries department catching spawning trout just below the rapids to count species (mostly cutthroat, but a few cutbows, rainbow-cutthroat hybrids), measure, and secks (with a quick pinch under the pubic (what else) fin before release to continue their journey back to Yellowstone Lake to breed.
