The "United States Engineer Office"
From the undated brochure "Fort Yellowstone Historic District Tour Guide: The Army Years" published by the National Park Service:
Built in 1903 to house the Army Corps of Engineers, which had responsibility for construction of the park roads. The nationally known architectural firm of Reed and Stem received S750 for the building plans. New York City's Grand Central Terminal and Livingston, Montana's Northern Pacific Depot are among the firm's other work.
I know there's debate among Loons as to what this august structure is used for today.
