I am not saying what this person did was illegal. I am not accusing them of a crime. The word "poaching" according to a dictionary does not always mean illegal. For your sake, I'll change the word to heartless killer.
I have never accused anyone of committing a crime, in fact I have said this was a legal hunt, so back off. Like I said, there is far worse being said online about these wanna be hunters. My feelings stay the same. The person who killed '06 (and 754M) in my opinion is not a true hunter. He killed out of spite, and is probably never going to be known. If it was made known who this person was, he (or she) would probably get threats by many people (not me).
As far as the GPS tracking, I was told by some in the Wolf Project that tracking the GPS collar is just like tracking any other collar. I didn't ask for details, but it was told to me that way. If they were wrong, then so be it. It's just the information I was given.
