I have read it on other systems on the net, but to say someone is poaching, when they are not committing a crime is libel. None of the states with wolf populations is in jeopardy of crashing the species.

The state of Wyoming is the only state that has a shoot on sight zone, Idaho and Montana do not. I have previously stated many times over the years, I disagree with Wyoming's predator zone.

Once a wolf, or any other species leaves the park, they are no longer protected by the Fed's as has been ruled on many times in the past, it is the states job to manage them. This has been decided in the Supreme court more than once over the years.

I have never seen this much uproar over any other species, and even Carter Niemeyer, who is probably one of the most knowledgeable people in the world on this subject has stated the same thing as I have.

There have been many animals that I specifically go to the park to photograph, only to find out they were taken in a legal hunt outside the park, never once have I accused anyone of being a poacher because they were killed.

Wolves are not going to go extinct, the states are not going to let them fall below the minimum numbers that would trigger a possible relisting.

I am not a wolf hunter, never will be, I enjoy watching them when I see them, You want to blame someone, blame the federal government, who set the rules up, not the hunters that are legally hunting in their states, the feds created this mess.

I feel bad for those that have lost the wolves that they obviously have a strong attachment to, but there has been no illegal activities here.

I know that nothing I say, will change your or anyone else's mind. I as well, have very high opinions on this subject.
